FriendStart Community Guidelines

Welcome to FriendStart 👋
FriendStart is a space to meet new people, build meaningful connections, and explore events and experiences together. To keep the community safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone, we ask all users to follow these guidelines.

By using FriendStart, you agree to these Community Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


1. Be Respectful


Treat others with kindness and respect.

Not allowed:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech
• Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or age
• Personal attacks or abusive language

If you wouldn’t say it face-to-face, don’t say it here.



2. No Sexual or Explicit Content


FriendStart is not a platform for explicit or pornographic content.

Not allowed:

• Sexual content involving explicit acts
• Nude or sexually explicit images
• Sexual exploitation or coercion
• Any sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)

Flirting is fine. Explicit content is not.



3. No Spam, Scams, or Fake Accounts


We want real people and real connections.

Not allowed:

• Spam messages or mass unsolicited promotions
• Scams, phishing attempts, or financial fraud
• Impersonating others
• Fake or misleading profiles

Accounts engaged in these activities may be permanently removed.



4. User Generated Content Responsibility


You are responsible for the content you post, including:

• Messages
• Profile photos
• Event participation
• Any shared media or text

Do not post content that:

• Violates laws or regulations
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Encourages dangerous or illegal behavior

5. Safety & Reporting


Your safety matters.

FriendStart provides tools to:

• Report users or messages
• Block other users
• Control who can interact with you

If you see something that violates these guidelines, please report it directly in the app. Our moderation team reviews reports and takes appropriate action.



6. Age Requirement


FriendStart is intended for users 17 years and older.

We do not knowingly allow accounts for minors. If we discover an underage user, the account will be removed.



7. Moderation & Enforcement


FriendStart reserves the right to:

• Remove content that violates these guidelines
• Warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts
• Cooperate with law enforcement when required by law

Violations may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.



8. Updates to These Guidelines


We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated version will be published, and continued use of FriendStart means acceptance of the revised guidelines.
